Creating Regsitered Images from ExpertGPS

I have been able to easily create registered images from the ExpertGPS package using the "export image" feature in that package. I am going to document the proecess but it is very useful because from the image and the data file it is pretty easy to register the bmp for use in Sbuilder. I want to document the process since this is a key part of the scenery building process.
